We create all of our Jkaye Creations with care and special attention to detail in our Texas studio. However, due to the handmade nature some items may vary or include small quirky details. This means that all of are items are truly one of a kind!

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship within the United States via USPS. Tracking information will be sent when orders are shipped.

Pre-made items will ship within 2-4 business days*.

Custom items will be created within 7-10 business days* and then shipped.

The timeline for Special Request orders will be determined once all details are established.

*Saturday, Sunday, and US Federal Holidays are not considered business days.

We are thankful for all our customers and your satisfaction is our top priority! Please note that processing times are estimated. We will send updates if we incur delays due to any unforeseen circumstances.

Be sure to read each listing and please include any additional details necessary for your order (preferences, names/dates/details, etc.) Missing information may result in production and shipping delays with your order.

RETURN POLICY

Since we are a small handcrafted business we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges.

However, we do offer a lifetime repair warranty. If an item is damaged please contact us with details and images. We will determine the repair time-frame and if any fees apply. We may ask you to ship at your expense and/or cover the cost of replacement materials, this will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
